It’s not often that we get the chance to visit a James Beard-caliber restaurant on our community outings, but this week we will take advantage of DFW Restaurant Week to explore the fixed menu at Knife in Plano.
We do need to dress up a little nicer than usual – business casual should be fine. It’s a great chance to really practice our restaurant manners!
